Striding into 2018 – find SAS Europe on NBS and sharing expertise via CPD
The industry-favourite brands of ProRend, ProWall and ProBead are now on NBS and SAS Europe are offering CPDs as the UK manufacturer SAS Europe take competitive steps forward this year.
This provider of render staples has been established over 25 years, adding rendered rainscreen and external insulation to their range along the way. They see their success in a market dominated by international names attributed to accessible technical support, involvement throughout the lifetime of a project and an aim to bring value to their customers.
Rick Shorey, recently appointed General Manager explains the steps forward that SAS Europe will be taking this year. “We’ve worked hard building quality and value into our products, and now want to make them an easy choice. You’ll find ProRend, ProWall and ProBead in RIBA Product Selector, as well as NBS Build and Create. The support from our technical team extends to contractors and application, and their knowledge base can be accessed face-to-face via a video meeting, as well as by booking a learning session with them.”
SAS Europe have invested in the latest technology, offering a unique service where plans and designs can be shared on-screen to mark-up and talk through in real time. This support is available at any point in a project as their team can ‘virtually’ be onsite or in meetings via live video. Discuss your project with an expert. The company are also expanding their education programme.
“This year SAS Europe will also be offering CPD sessions, looking at the wider picture of when and how the outer envelope of the build fits to meet the goals of durability, value and aesthetics.”
The manufacturer has offered training with their products for nearly 10 years at their Training College, providing hands-on day courses that result in trained applicators for their rendered rainscreen cladding and external insulation systems. Their technical consultants have now built a programme for architects and designers based on the queries and problem-solving they do every day. ‘Understanding movement in timber frame’, Rendering steel frame buildings’ and ‘Detailing a render system’ are expected to be some of their most popular modules.
