The Hub by Linden Homes comprises 67 new one and two bedroom apartments in the heart of Exeter. A strong collaborative approach between SAS and Prestoplan (timber frame) ensured that the scheme was hailed as a definite success with the developer; prompting wider use of the ProWall System.

This landmark development employed the highend Strikotherm EWI system across entrance halls, stairwellls and food courts. Strikolith MC hard plaster was used as well as a specialist silicate plaster; developed exclusively for the scheme (Baroque & Corinthian).

Developed and built by Watkin Jones Homes, the initial phases of the Droylsden Marina scheme were redevelpoment of run-down housing stock comprising housing and flats. Further work is outlined however this is currently on hold due to the economic climate.

Successfully delivered in partnership with the main contractor, RG Carter; the ProWall System was a natural choice for the fast, lightweight construction method employed by the design and delivery team.

Doc Fictoria is set alongside the beautiful harbour of Caernarfon, looking out over the scenic Menai Straits and the Isle of Anglesey, all just a few minutes walk from the historic town centre. A set of luxurious 3 and 4 bedroom executive homes along with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The development featured commercial blocks, further developing the town. The Strikotherm Adhesive system complimented the speed and modernity of the construction methods used.

Delivered by Wilmott Dixon utilising concrete frame and Metsec infill. The Strikotherm System provided the opportunity to meet high thermal performance standards and achieve a sharp finish in largely white with some bespoke columns at the entranceway.

Developed by Watkin Jones Student Accomodation, Lichfield Street comprises refurbishment of an existing rundown structure to create 157 student bed spaces. SAS provided advice on bringing the existing structure up to building regulations for Part L and Part B.

As part of the expanding college site, the Reaseheath college employed ProWall on a curved background, complimented by timber cladding.

2 large luxury houses side by side, utilising the low maintenance ProRend Colour as a onecoat, durable finish.

The full flexibility of the ProWall System is demonstrated in the conical centrepiece to the St Felix Roman Catholic school.

A high-end housing scheme from Steve Palmer developments, utilised the Strikolith Prestige 1mm acrylic render boasting superb durability and low maintenance.

ProRend EIFS was a natural choice for this contemporary addition to a reknowned British institution; The University of London.

The ProRend Colour system was used over 42 dwellings in Boston, Lincolnshire in a range of 2 and 3 bedroom detached houses for Lynx Housing Association.

Named after the historic St Paul's church and offering 23 new homes to the local community. St Paul's Housing is delivered in partnership with Mi Space for Tor Homes and demonstrates that ProWall can satisfy value as well as quality construction.
