Brief Description:
The Hub by Linden Homes comprises 67 new one and two bedroom apartments in the heart of Exeter. A strong collaborative approach between SAS and Prestoplan (timber frame) ensured that the scheme was hailed as a definite success with the developer; prompting wider use of the ProWall System.
ProRend EIFS was specified for existing masonry to eliminate energy loss into existing adjacent properties. U-values for the flats themselves were achieved within the frame.
